I work at the Villiages of Historic Silvercrest and was one of Phil's houskeepers, he was a very friendly person, always talking and was always happy to see everyone that walked in his room, he will be missed and I will never forget his smiling face, God bless you Phil and a special prayer for his family

Phil was a great friend to my dad for many years, and subsequently became a good friend to me and Barb. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to visit him a few times over the last couple years, especially for his 60th birthday. I just regret not seeing him more often. I will always remember Phil as a great friend and colleague. There wasn't anything that he wouldn't do to help someone. Funny guy, too, and he always had the best jokes! Very sad to learn of this passing and wish his family my sincere condolences.

Philly. You were my friend for over twenty years. How thankful I was to reconnect with you on Facebook. How I've prayed for you over this hard journey you walked.
