Jane was such a interesting and interested person. She so enriched the life of my mother, June Key, and was responsible for broadening her horizons, giving her years of good conversation and support, and just plain being such a wonderful friend to her. I,too, always enjoyed our conversations when I came to town and I will miss that. The Keys send their thoughts and prayers to all of her loved ones.

Mrs. Boyer was an exceptionally caring woman whose generosity touched the lives of so many students and musicians over the years. I recall many trips with EKU students to Mrs. Boyer's beloved Kentucky Opera. Her passion for the arts and for education transformed and improved the lives of so many. My thoughts and condolences to the entire family. I will miss her personally, and all of us here at EKU will be eternally grateful for everything that she has meant for our institution and our Honors Program over the years.
